Hi,

Does anyone know if there's any way to mark a date as a holiday in Dynatrace? In the case of easter for example, where that's not a fixed date, Dynatrace will alert you with unexpected low traffic. In the documentation it is said that prediction/anomaly detection works on a weekly basis

https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/monitor/pro...

Besides setting a maintenance window for that day, does anyone know any workarounds?

Br,

Sorin

There is no functionality for such thing. I think you can try posting new product idea about some kind of integration with remote calendar that has marked local holidays for particular countries. Maintenece windows is not good option as well because there can be some traffic. You will not have alerts that are actually important event for such small amount of traffic.

Sebastian

I know this old but we have this issue as well. The only solution I have discovered and it is not a good solution is to mark my calendar to set a filter to negate the "Unexpected low traffic" alert when we have a holiday and turn it back on after the holiday. I really don't want a maintenance window. We do have users that work the holiday.
