Hi All,

Please let me know which is the best practice to configure application detection rules, using domain names or urls?

I prefer to use domain when possible as it is shorter and leaves less room for false matches.

You can use specific URL rules if you can't separate multiple applications that use the same domain.

Domain name (XXXXXXX.com) is the preferred option as far I concern instead of URLs. May be if you have specific URL such as" http://XXXXX.com/cart or or https://XXXXX.com/price to be considered and start with RUM in that case you can opt for url based detection
