Hey there,
So an issue like this requires an in-depth look of the issue.
You can collect the .har file (or the network tab with preserve log check marked on) and perform a test.
Compare the network document load & the user session that's captured and see if there really is 2 loads or not occurring.
If you have load /home twice and you see in the network there is 2 instances of home document file, then it is loading twice.
Other things that can cause an issue like this is manipulation of our beacons, double injection of rum, etc.
If you need further assistance in may require you to reach out to our internal product chat or to create a support ticket to look in depth with the tenant, .har file and the web application that's facing this issue.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

All load actions in the user sessions are shown twice but with different duration. Any insights please on what could be the reason for this behavior?

Thanks,
