Dynatrace cannot capture the payment user actions. DT JavaScript was not injected because is a third party. We cannot also manually inject the DT JavaScript since we don't have access to its HTML page. Is there any other ways to capture the payment user actions?

Hi,

Just to summarize, you want to see payment user actions on a third party website?

Since both injection types cannot be done, this is difficult. Two other options I can think of:

1. If we can ask the third party to use OpenTelemetry to send information, this can help.

2. Is there an API available where you can pull information? We can then pull extra information via a plugin.

If the third party page is requested directly from the browser and not through a proxy host you have access to, you won't be able to instrument the page. There is a browser extension, but it's probably not practical to have your users install an extension.
