In general for HTML UI you may be able to include RUM JS file which will collect some user actions, but this has to be checked by you. For Android as well you may be able to autoinstrument APK. I assume that framework is packing application in kind of native container which may be instrumented as native side of application. But this is only my assumption, not able to test it.
