RUM - Apdex rating "unkown?"

Hi, I have an issue regarding the user sessions Apdex rating at RUM.

Since a week ago, I noticed some user actions of all users had a value of "Unknown?" as the state of Apdex rating, instead of "Satisfied / Tolerated / Frustrated".

It only happens with one of the application, I compared the configuration settings between two applications and I have found no differences.

The only thing I could probe is that these user sessions have not "visual complete" data.

It's the first time I see that and I don't how to change it!

Please, could you help me?

Hi Sergio,

If Visually Complete is the key performance metric selected for this application in Application Settings -> General, can you confirm if Visually Complete is enabled in the Application Settings -> Content Capture. If it is enabled and you still do not see Visually Complete data, you may need to use a different metric as your key performance metric e.g. user action duration.

I confirm you that the key metric selected is Visually Complete for both settings at General and Content Capture.

I'll try with other key performance metric.

Hi NJ!

I changed the key performance metrics for this app and now it is working.

Basically, I configured, Load actions with 'HTML downloaded' and XHR actions with 'user action duration'.
