The OneAgent is capturing the IP address and gets the information about the isp and a rough estimation of the location the user session has been generated from. Getting the exact geolocation from the device is not possible, unless you use some sort of external API and ingest that data as a property for the session.

Hello, good afternoon!

How are you?

I am trying to obtain latitude and longitude data in Dynatrace with greater accuracy. Currently, I already get information such as: Country, state, and city. I would also like to have details like "neighborhood" and "streets". Therefore, it would be interesting to have a map on our dashboard, or even this information in the "User Sessions" data.
