OneAgent doesn't create the application automatically

I've instilled OneAgent on a tomcat, jboss, and glassfish server, but it does not present the application layer in smartscape. Do I need to do anything in the settings?
I followed this tutorial -> (https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/monitor/applications/real-user-monitoring/how-do-i-enable-real-user-monitoring/) but I did not find the Processes option within (Settings> Monitoring overview).

Hi Marcelo,

Do you see activity in the User sessions section? RUM should be activated by default and your data might go into the default My web application. To create an application, go to the global Settings. Then select Web & mobile monitoring and create a new Application rule in the section Application detection & RUM.
