How is user session calculated?

There are differentiation capability and the way to calculate between synthetic action, http, and user session (with or without session replay playback).

So if we already bought the license for user session (with session replay), it could be automatically can monitor Synthetic action and synthetic request too?

or we have to buy different license?

Real User Monitoring (RUM) (including session replay) and Synthetic Monitoring all fall under the same unit of licensing; the Digital Experience Management (DEM) unit. So yes DEM units can be used for any of the items you noted.

How many DEM units that are consumed by a session or monitor are described here:

Basically:

Session without session replay: .25
Session with session replay: 1.00
A synthetic action in a browser monitor/clickpath: 1.00
An http request in an HTTP Monitor: .10
