Is it possible to capture Speed Index, Network latency, visually complete metrics in Dynatrace?

hi All,

In Appmon we are calculating visually complete, speed index, network latency metrics and we are planning to migrate to DYnatrace Managed. Is it possible to capture all of these metrics in new tool as well?

But i don't see any metric for Network Latency under web applications. Does that mean we don't have it in Dynatrace?
