hello ,

why some values in the query come with null or unknown like the following connection type query

and when clicking on this unknown percentage found that this percentage come to be zero like the following screenshot

@Kmohamed connectionType can be unknown when that information cannot be collected by Dynatrace for various reasons like browser not proving that info , etc., and to answer your second question on percentage showing 0 when you click on it ...is because its deselected . In a pie chart when you click on any of the breakdown it deselects it from the calculation. As in your case you can see the percent for the other connection types go up when you deselect the unknown in the chart.
