Troubleshoot unknown host exception error for a Web Service call made from Android /IOS App

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to troubleshoot of a problem we are facing with one of the Web Request made by our Mobile Android/IOS app.

Sometimes this call from mobile app fails with unknown host exception with following error

"java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "our-host-name": No address associated with hostname".

We are able to capture the failed call for this Web Request in Dynatrace but I am thinking if there can be anything else can be caputured on Dynatrace for failed attempt from the mobile app/device.

To give some background It is the first call made by app also it is intermittent in nature as in the call works fine sometimes for the impacted user.
