How to get web application page size information

Hi guys

I enabled the new RUM experience for an appliaction, as I believe this will enable the functionality to use DQL to extract page size information for th application. I already have the DQL to do this, however this specific app doesnt return any data in Experience Vitals, other than "Availability 100%" and "Page visit rate 0/min".

Any reason why the app would not return anything in Experience Vitals, whereas it worked fine in classic RUM?

Has there been any user traffic since enabling RUM on Grail? Seeing the page visit rate, it makes me think you would need to give it some time to collect data.

I don't believe historical data will be seen after enabling RUM on Grail.

Hi,
in this case the most likely reason here is lack of new data after enabling RUM on Grail.

No historical data, after switching to the new RUM (Grail), classic data is not backfilled, collection starts from that moment onward.
Then Page visit rate 0/min usually means no new user visits are coming in.

Ingestion delay, sometimes it takes a bit of time before data appears in Experience Vitals and becomes queryable via DQL.

If generating traffic still doesn’t help, try querying RUM data globally via DQL (without filters) to confirm whether any data is being ingested at all.
