    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How to create a metric that counts "Good Page Loads" (e.g. less than 4 seconds) for a key web user action. As is, it doesn't show on Multidimensional Analysis and can't be created as a "calculated metric". End goal is to use good page loads / total page loads for a Classic SLO.
