Hi @Leo_traces

The key challenge is that SLO Classic works with a single metric as the SLI. For a multi-step user journey, you need to create a single metric that represents the total journey duration, then use that as your SLI.

You can use any option

- Create a Calculated Metric from User Sessions

- Or use a Synthetic Browser Clickpath monitor that executes the full 4-page journey this gives you a single metric representing the entire journey time, which maps cleanly to one SLO.

The Synthetic approach is simpler to configure as a single SLO since the total duration is captured natively.

- Or last create custom metric with Session properties. The Session metric approach gives you real-user data but requires more setup to aggregate across actions.

Thanks,

Sujit

Suggestions on how to create a Front-End SLO (Classic) for a user journey, for example, one where the user visits 4 different pages and the journey should be completed in less than 20 seconds (like the Login Journey). 1 SLO for the whole journey, not for each step.

Thank you!
