License assignment is slow or freezes

Problem

It's possible that attempting to assign a new commercial license causes the license assignment page to freeze.

Log in to the vSphere environment of the Center Server, which hosts your Runecast Virtual Machine.
Reboot the appliance by selecting it in the Inventory tree, then the “Actions” option, and finally choosing “Restart Guest OS”.
Navigate to the Runecast instance's web interface, wait for it to redirect you to the login page, and log in.
Navigate to Menu > System Settings > Licensing.
Select the three dots option on the right of the license and select “Delete license”.
Select “Upload License/Subscription file” and upload the license file.
Once the license is loaded, select its name and assign it to ESXi hosts.
Re-run the analysis.
