There was a downtime occurred and problem didn't get raised in synthetic monitoring of an application.

I could see it was a local outage gap but need to know why problem didn't get raised for that time

Hi @mahsahoo
By default, problems will not be raised from local outages unless you set it in the settings of the monitor. By default, problems are raised for global outages.

To change this setting,
Go to the Synthetic monitor page you have created, Settings > Outage Handling > Select Generate a problem and send an alert when the monitor is unavailable for any of the locations.
