N. Va - AWS / Intermittent Synthetic Monitoring connection timeout

Is anyone else having timeout issues with synthetics from N. Va - AWS ?

I add another location and it seems fine. Support and the status page show zero issues

@lee_rovner, Downdetector had a peak of outages communicated by users around an hour ago, which is consistent with your reports. Didn't see any additional reference, and also don't use N.Va, so couldn't check.

Yeah, downdetector was the only place I could see any outages mentioned. AWS Health Dashboard for N.Virginia region looks fine for yesterday and our metrics for the location itself were fine. The tenants I checked with monitors running on that location were unaffected so I guess it must have been specific to a subset of traffic.
