Management Zone, Synthetic Monitoring Access

Hello,

I have a customer that tried to create a synthetic monitor for a specific management zone and it is giving him the error as seen in the attachment, I believe it has to do with the access the user has but I just wanted to double check if this was correct.

Can you also paste the MZ settings rules?

And, is the user selecting a MZ when in Synthetic Monitor page?

I would ask in chat as they can check the relevant user's permissions and the Management zone they are trying to add the monitor to.

But otherwise, do provide the management zone rules and confirm that user has selected correct Management zone during creation.

Hello, the customer resolved this yesterday. It was due to certain permissions that the user didn't have.
