      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to test out with and without CDN and do not want to go into creating a CName at thos stage. Is there a way for me to define a host file with Dynatrace Synthetic ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
