Login button is not enabled for an APP during playback

Hi All, I am dealing with 32bit .NET APP (Metasys) - we are trying to create browser clickpath monitoring. We entered username and password and clicked on login to track the login transaction. But while playback even after entering password the login button is not being enabled. I tried lot of options but nothing worked, any ideas please.

how does the authentication work, is it a local user or SSO?

I think this should work, did you log it in incognito mode? Is there any error while playback?

Can you share a screenshot if possible, if not, then I suggest opening a support ticket, and don't forget to include links and screenshots

We were able to resolve the problem by unclicking "Simulate blur events" when typing in username.
