Is there any way to pull synthetic monitoring data in the following Excel format

In my production environment, we configured synthetic monitoring. We need the data in the following format for the running synthetics. Is there any possible way ?

Could you guys please help me on this. Thanks in advance.

You'll have to use the API.

The best part is that you can insert the data directly inside the Excel spreadsheet. See how it is done in the following post (you'll have to change the corresponding metrics to the Synthetic ones):
