Less latency location

Hi Everyone,

For synthetic monitoring what would be the location with less latency to monitor websites in countries like Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama.

Given that public synthetic locations are available in the cloud, I typically use one of the following below:

https://awsspeedtest.com/ (for some reason, this site is not working at the moment)
https://www.cloudping.cloud/

You do have to do these measurements from the locations you referred. Then cross-check the ones that have lower latency with the locations where Dynatrace has public synthetic locations.

BTW, I have a similar issue in Portugal, so I have setup a lot of private ActiveGates to do these measurements from a national perspective. It works great, and reflects the perspective of local accesses
