Synthetic monitor executed failed all the time and without any screenshot

Hello Dynatrace support team,

We're facing some issues from our synthetic monitor:

1. Executed failed all the time since yesterday. I was trying to find some detailed error logs, but I found the failure url is not from our application, not sure why the page will redirect to that url;

2. Not able to see screenshot for all steps. At the beginning, we found this issue only happened on serval steps, but all the step screenshot are unavailable since yesterday afternoon.

We didn't do any changes on the synthetic monitor scripts. We also tried to do manual testing on our application. It's working as expected all the time. But not sure why failed all the time on dynatrace.

Could you help to address it, please?

Maybe your screnshot's issue is in relation to No screenshots shown for Synthetic monitors run on Public Synthetic locations.
