This usually occurs when the action from the previous event has not had enough time to complete. Take a look at the screenshots for the monitor. Did the page load as expected? Can you see what you would like to click on? If you can't I would try changing the wait in the event before the one that is failing. 'Wait for next event' is usually a good choice for this.
