Could someone explain the usage of this key-value pair (dsw=1) in the custom configuration properties section in the advanced setup of a monitor?

Where can I find a full list of the possible custom properties and their usages?

Where user's see missing data in Waterfalls, it is sometimes is the case that a service worker is active on the page. This means that some actions are completed on the page without returning to the server, so will not be picked up in the resource timings.

If there is a service worker on the page, there are 2 options that may help in Synthetic, you can either:

block the service worker resource or
you can can also disable service workers by applying dsw=1 in Monitor> Settings> Advanced Setup> enable custom RUM JavaScript Settings> Custom configuration properties
