Browser click-path local playback fails with playback window minimised

Hi Folks,

I have two issues basically.

1. Unable to replay browser click-path locally
This synthetic monitor is created manually, when I tried to replay it locally it just minimize the main window and monitor fails stating that “playback window minimised”

The step where it fails is the manually added navigation step, and this launches as pop-up window. This step is closing main window.

2. Screenshot are not populating after certain steps

As local playback is failing, I’m not able to debug is it. Hence, I used on-demand execution to debug it successfully.

Now, dilemma is for the scheduled runs, screenshots are not showing from navigation step.

As per my observation, for both of the two issues, it’s happening because “navigation” step launching in popup window.

Has anybody came across this and resolved it by any way?

I have just never got "playback window minimised”.
Have you installed recorder extension in Google Chrome browser and allow incognito mode?

This is likely related to the pop-up trying to close the original navigation window.
For the screenshots, is the correct target window being used? Do the actions do anything? Are there any waterfalls etc? This is probably easiest investigatiged in a Support ticket
