Hi,

We are receiving the below (see attached) status code 403 on a synthetic monitor. Could someone advise what this might mean as the Synthetic monitor is showing as ok?

The status code 403 means Forbidden. You are likely trying to access a page that requires credentials or for your IP etc to be allowed.
The HTTP Monitor will show this as success if you have set that in the HTTP Monitor > Settings > Requests> Response Code verification section
