Synthetic form private location fails with TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error

Hi guys,

We have set up a browser test and when run it from a private location its fails with TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

In vuc-browser.log (attached) we see that the test was finished ok, and the only errors are around sending the picture to ruxit-synth-screencap.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com:443

BTW this is Managed site, AG can not access the internet, versions are: AG is 1.311.23, synthetic 1.311.32 and chromium 134.0.6998.178.

Can any one help and explain what is wrong here?

Thanks Yosi, the information on the redirects will be in the execution log. Are you able to playback the monitor locally successfully?

Yep when playing it locally it works with no issues.

The AG is running on windows 10 machine..... that we know its not recommended.

Hi all,

Update on this one, we understood from developers of the site that user need to be sign on (SSO ) and if not the redirection is made. After launching the the synthetic service under user with the right permissions this redirection issue disappeared.
