Private synthetic engine shutting down- Windows Active Gate version 1.313.24.

Hi,

Just after some assistance, we currently have a problem where our private synthetic engine status is stuck in the status shutting down, which means our private synthetic monitors won't execute. We have a dedicated ActiveGate for private synthetic monitors only. The engine and monitors seem to work and execute successfully after a reboot for a period of time around 5-10 minutes; however, after this time period, the functionality stops, and the location goes offline.

Windows environment and Active Gate version 1.313.24.

A full uninstall and reinstall of Active gate software has taken place, but it is still the same. Any ideas on where to find the cause of the shutdown, which logs to look at? Antivirus exclusions have been applied on DT support advice, still same.
