Yes, I agree with Anton, the easiest way to investigate this would be over chat or with a support ticket. Please provide the link to the monitor in the chat/ ticket.

That said, for no data:

Check for maintenance windows on the monitors and on the services they're connected to.
If it's running on private locations,
- Check that the locations are up and running.
- Check for error messages in the relevant logs.
If it's on managed, check the Cluster ActiveGate that is used for routing traffic and any devices in between, like firewalls, etc, to confirm nothing is preventing the data from being returned to the cluster.
