Synthetic Monitoring is not giving data for Availability

Hi All,

I am not that expert in Dynatrace but I am still in the learning phase so please excuse my question 😀

I have created a synthetic monitoring of type HTTP and also of type browser to check the availability of a URL which is being monitored in Managed Dynatrace and the destination URL is reachable through the Active Gate so what would be the reason of showing no data?

Baring in mind that I did the same for other URLs and it is working fine

Can you please support.

thanks for your question.
If these are the first monitors running on public locations that you've set up then it's likely that either you haven't set up a publicly available Cluster ActiveGate or that a device is preventing traffic from reaching the Cluster. You can find more troubleshooting info here:

If this doesn't resolve it, create a support case as we'll be able to see the error messages and let you know how to fix it.
