Dear All,

Please correct my understanding.

When we select the device profile as Apple iPhone or any other Android-related model, the synthetic data is for the devices' browsers similar to desktop.

If the above understanding is correct, then how can we use Synthetic monitoring to monitor the mobile application as a simulator/ or real mobile application instead of the browser.

Synthetic can touch only web Applications. Mobile app cannot be clicked through by script because of limitations of iOS and Android (it's possible in android when you have root). But because of nature of this problem, you will not be able (at least now) to use synthetic for mobile application. In such case you should create simple monitors that are checking API endpoints.
