Hi Surya,

yes, you can create a custom chart, and pin it to a dashboard, to show this information. There is a blog on it here. There are 2 Synthetic metrics: Actions shows the count for a Browser Monitor and Requests shows the count for an HTTP monitor.

Best wishes, Hannah

Hi Hannah,

Thank you for your response, I tried to use Actions for Browser Monitors but I am not able to get much info like # of locations being used for a test, frequency of test, # of actions added.

There were approx 620 browser and 180 browser clickpath tests. Also on the chart only 15 will show and only top 100 will be shown on the table.

Already referred https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/reference/monitoring-consumption-calculation/#expand-79synthetic-actions-and-requests

Thanks,

Surya

Hi Surya,

for configuration information for large numbers of monitors, the best option is to use the Synthetic API.

For creating a Usage dashboard, are your monitors tagged? You could group them in to subsections in that way.

Best wishes, Hannah

Thank you Hannah 🙂

Yes most of the synthetic tests and browser clickpath tests are tagged. Will check the option which you have suggested.

Thanks,

Surya
