Hello Admins,

I can't seem to create a synthetic monitor from an internal site having no domain name. Ex: "http://insite/Appl/userservices/"
and it is returning some error = Browser monitor global outage.

However, playing back the clickpath was successful.

Could anyone enlighten me, please? Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Clickpath is replayed in your Browser, you have acces to this site. You’re have private synthetic location I suppose (public ones will not work). Are you sure that ActiveGate that is executing script has access to this site and can resolve your dns? If problem is only with dns, some workaound may be adding your internal domain to etc/hosts file.

sebastian
