"20002 - Chrome startup error" on synthetic tests

Hi there,

I am running synthetic tests from several locations, and some locations started to fail sometimes with "20002 - Chrome startup error".

I didn't find anything in the windows eventlogs stating a problem yet.

Anybody else ever had those and found already a solution?

Im Assuming these are private locations? make sure your AG's have the most recent update. if this issue still exists you might want to open up a support ticket for further investigation.

Yes, definitely check that the AGs are on the most recent update. Also, the only times I have seen that message are when the ActiveGate is installed on a machine that does not meet the minimum requirements for a Synthetic-enabled ActiveGate. You can find the requirements here . Note that these requirements are different to the standard ActiveGate requirements.
