Synthetic monitoring - Real world use cases

Few of the use cases on Synthetic:

Proactively detect failures with regular checks (every minute, hourly, once a day, etc.) even when there is no user traffic. e.g. off business hours.
API endpoints availability and performance.
Having a tab on third party API endpoints availability.
Automate manual health checks with capabilities like browser monitors and http monitors. e.g. daily health checks, post verification testing.
Monitor applications from multiple locations globally and detect availability/latency issues.
Detect VPN/Proxy/firewall or other network issues. e.g. Application is accessible and working from inside network but not reachable from outside network.
Measure and compare application performance post new releases in Non-Prod environments and detect early issues.
