Hello,

When looking at the JSON send to ServiceNOW I see below:

"additional_info":{\"problem_id\":\"-7240670012136654788\",
\"correlation_id\":\"PROCESS_GROUP_INSTANCE-D547B37483EF128A\",
\"dynatrace_severity\":\"AVAILABILITY\,
\"ip_addresses\":[\"xx.xx.xx.xx\"]}",

so in the additional_info part there are extra "\" is this a bug or a feature?

Hi Henk,

It seems it is just escaping the quotes (").

So not a bug :-).

As Kristof mentioned, this is just used to escape the special characters, as you can see it is surrounding only special characters.
