Wrong error budget of SLO on key request

SLO error budget is giving strange value.

do you have any idea what is going wrong?

Hi @mhlamine ,

regarding a high number of negative error budget: It seems that your tenant is configured to normalize the error budget (it can be switched between just calculating the difference or normalizing it).

0,02 percent points are your total error budget,

but you are 5,56 percent points below 100% success.

This is 278 times higher than you would have as error budget,

so so are at a -27800 % of your available error budget percent points.

I hope that explains it a bit?

Of course you could also just (with admin permission) switch the toggle to not normalize your error budget results.
