Will it be possible with the new platform capabilities to create and design customizable reports derived from specified metrics that can be spooled into different formats like excel and pdf and scheduled to be sent to recipients via email or other channel at specified intervals.

We have clients with this requirement and normally we have been using other tools like powerBI to generate reports by using the API. Can this now be possible within the Dynatrace environment to avoid using multiple tools?

As you can see in there, you can add to Workflows additional steps like sending an email or a message to Slack.
