Support doc for Webhook integration for teams to send specific application alerts

Dear Team,

We have a challenge where we have to post DT alerts to a teams channel for certain specific applications only that are configured at Dynatarce as and app entity. We dont want to publish overall alerts generated by Dynatrace for all applications.

Any already implemented POC available ?

Hi,

You can filter what Problems should be sent via Problem alerting profiles. For instance, you can tag all your application entities using manual or automatically applied tagging rules. Then, you create a Problem alerting profile and filter the severity to only entities that include your tag.

You can also create a Management zone and include all relevant entities in that Management zone. Then, create a Problem alerting profile and filter it only on entities inside that Management zone.

Finally, you create a Custom integration to connect to Teams and assign your Problem alerting profile to it.
