Workflows/Triggers stop working when out of DDUs?

Hello,

I have a situation where an environment ran out of available DDUs. When all DDUs were consumed suddenly also workflow triggers stopped working. E.g. I have a DAVIS Problem event trigger which stopped working. Triggering the workflow manually still works but the automatic triggers don't.

AFAIK there is no DDU consumption for Workflows, right?

@r_weber as far as I know every execution consumes DDU's. What's weird is that manual invocation is working. Would love to hear your findings on that.
