Everything required to start with your first automation workflow is natively available in Dynatrace. To enable integration with your favorite tools (e.g. Slack, Jira) or to enable specific use cases (e.g. change impact analysis with Site Reliability Guardian), the installation of dedicated apps is required to extend the workflow action catalog. Once such an app has been installed, the workflow action is available to everyone across your environment.
