Can We access/call to a local Server from Dynatrace SaaS (i.e.: On an Integration Dynatrace-Jira) ?

Hi guys.

I´d like to know if We can access/call to a local Server from Dynatrace SaaS.

For instance, I want to carry out the integration between Dynatrace and Jira and my Jira Server is within my Network not on the Internet.

Do I have to open the Port on my Firewall?

Do I have to install an ActiveGate?

Any other solutions?

You will have to expose the JIRA server on a public IP address and port, which means you will have to open a port in the firewall. If the JIRA server is on a private IP address, you may be able to set up a proxy at the edge of your network, but I would be hesitant to recommend that approach.
