Execute an Oracle SQL on Davis Problem

Hi guys,

Am looking for a solution to execute an Oracle SQL whenever we have a particular Davis Problem event.

Basically we need to fetch order related data when there is a particular Exception in the code.

I can setup the trigger as event trigger workflow, but post that I was thinking to use a Custom Query extension with SQL source and invoke it from a Workflow.

Is it possible to do? Any other suggestions to explore?

It means, do you want to execute a SQL query and depending answer, alert or not?

Actually no, the alert will stay as is, will add a "CUSTOM INFO" event with the data returned by the SQL and the display id of the involved Problem
