Question about create_incident in the ServiceNow workflow's

Hello,

For a workflow, I use the create_incident to create a ServiceNow incident. The problem is that not all off the parameters are retrieved from the Snow instance.

All privs are created in servicenow but still one parametes gives "not authorized".....

I it possible to get the REST calls used so I can test this outside Dynatrace, or send this to the serviceNow group so they can have a look.

I did not see any possibility to see the sources of the custom action used/

Probably you need to allow Dynatrace's IP in Snow:

In this case it was a little typo at ServiceNow side, but you answer is great! Would be the first thing I would check,
