Email alerts using workflow

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement where we need to get an alarm via Email for below DQL query. the alarm should trigger whenever the threshold met "NOK". can you please guide how do we achieve this? Also we need to suppress this alert for 12 hours if its in open state.

frequency - every 5 mins
Threshold - search THRESHOLD="NOK"
Suppress - After 12 hours

You can achieve this by creating a metric from logs via OpenPipeline: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/discover-dynatrace/platform/openpipeline/use-cases/tutorial-log-processing-pipeline

Then you can create an Anomaly Detector: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/discover-dynatrace/platform/davis-ai/anomaly-detection/set-up-a-customized-anomaly-detector/how-to-set-up/anomaly-detection-app

Last but not least, you can leverage simple Workflows to send an E-mail alert: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/analyze-explore-automate/workflows/simple-workflow
