You need to add the URL to external requests.

I am working with the integration with Jira, but it sends me the following error

"Unhandled failed task(s) during workflow execution:

jira-jql:
Error: Blocked request to 'XXXXXXXX.atlassian.net' (host not in allowlist). To find out about how to manage allowed domains please visit https://dt-url.net/allow-outbound-connections "

and following the URL it tells me that I have to go to Settings>general>External Requests, but I can't find it anywhere, and there I found the reference but it tells me that the page doesn't exist or that I don't have permissions to modify it, even though my user has all the privileges.

Even in the same Jira integration, it has the link to the external requests, but the message keeps appearing that it is not available or I do not have permissions.

Has anyone else been through this? Or can you help me figure out what I'm missing?

It's in the "New" Settings app on my tenant. The URL is https://{environmentid}.apps.dynatrace.com/ui/apps/dynatrace.settings/settings/external-requests

If that doesn't work, then you might need to raise a support ticket.

Can you please verify in the "Hub" app that you have the "Settings" app available to you?

Also, please double check that you can open and find this App on your environment (just search for "Settings").

In Settings, you should then see "General" and "connections" and alike:

If this still doesn't work, I'm suspecting that you are missing some scopes, e.g., `settings:schemas:read`, `settings:objects:read`, `settings:objects:write`.
