Usage of Send Mail app during the free trial

Hello All,

I am currently exploring the workflow features and using a 15-day free trial due to various limitations in testing on my customer’s non-productive environment.

While attempting to use the Send Mail app during the free trial, I encountered the following error

send_email_1:
Error: Tenant xxxx is not authorized to perform requested operation. Tenant's license is not PAYING or it's not POC environment.. errorCode: "TenantNotAuthorized"

Is this the intended behavior?
Could you please clarify the difference between a POC environment and the free trial?

@Akhil-Jayendran I am sure free trail will have some limitations as limited functionality is available for use during free trial .

POC environment would normally include a license with needed functionalities enable to use and test , this usually would be a paid one

Thanks for your reply. Problem notifications via email usually work on the free trial, but the Send Mail app is throwing an authorization error that’s what confused me. I might have missed some configuration.
