I suspect the best option would be monitoring via the OpenText API - unfortunately, I'm not an expert in this product and won't suggest how to use it.

Thanks for asking back, I saw this thread but I'm not sure and I'm not an expert on the ECM Software(Documentum) my customer wants to monitor ECM Software(Documentum) and maybe try to monitor via the OpenText API

As I wrote, using the OpenText API seems to be the best solution 😉
